TUBE MILL
Our tube mills are fully automated, state-of-the-art, and specially engineered using advanced Taiwan technology to manufacture stainless steel tubes and pipes with exceptional precision and high production efficiency. They are equipped with the latest TIG welding system—TRICATHODE technology from Italy, Europe—ensuring superior weld quality. Each tube mill features an infrared ray sensor system for real-time weld inspection, a unique capability that sets us apart in the industry. We operate eight tube mills capable of producing tube and pipe sizes ranging from 3/8” to 5”, meeting the demand for high-precision, thin-walled stainless steel products. Additionally, all our tube mills are fitted with modern online finishing equipment that complies with international standards and meets diverse industrial specifications.
ROLL SETS
Our rolls are specially designed for manufacturing stainless steel tubes and pipes, including both round and hollow sections. Imported from Taiwan, they are made from high-grade materials—Cr12MoV for forming and sizing rolls, and SKD61 for welding rolls—ensuring optimal performance. Each roll undergoes precise heat treatment to achieve the required hardness, resulting in superior welding quality that stands unmatched in the industry. These high-performance rolls deliver exceptional surface finish and accurate tube and pipe dimensions, offering a level of precision and quality that sets us apart from the competition.
POLISHING MACHINES
Our polishing machines, imported from Taiwan, are fully automated and equipped with the latest technology to deliver superior shine and mirror-finish quality. We operate an 8-head polishing machine for round tubes and a 32-head polishing machine for hollow sections, ensuring high efficiency and consistent surface finishing. To achieve the best possible shine, we use premium imported polishing materials, which significantly enhance the appearance and quality of our tubes and pipes—setting our products apart in the market. All our machines are operated by highly skilled and experienced engineers, ensuring unmatched performance and quality standards across the board.
